Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office - - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Handle billing and insurance claims processing - Provide excellent customer support and address client inquiries or concerns - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Experience:
- Previous office experience - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using phone systems, scheduling software, and other office equipment - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing exceptional customer service.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
